I started my food business in 2019/2020, right in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown. Back then, I was selling white ponmo and spicy chicken gizzards, and it was doing alright. Before that, I'd dabbled in various ventures, from skincare to wellness, but I realized I wanted to focus on my own brand and goals instead of working for others. That's when was born.In 2021, after running my business from home for two years, I took a big leap and opened an offline store. I expanded my offerings to include a frozen food section and minimart, and things were going smoothly. However, our community got caught up in a dispute with my landlord, who had taken extra space on the road to extend her building. To make matters worse, two of my staff members were embezzling funds from my business, competing with each other to see who could pocket the most money each week. Unfortunately, I had to close the store and shift my focus to online orders from home.Despite the setback, my passion for the business only grew stronger. I secured a new, bigger space and planned a grand reopening. Although my career took a temporary detour, I never gave up on my business dreams. And now, I'm thrilled to announce that my store is back, bigger and better than ever! We've got more equipment, a larger space – more than double the size of the previous one – and I'm excited to show you all what we've been working on. The journey hasn't been easy, but I've risen above the failures and disappointments, and I'm ready for this new chapter.
