๐น A FAREWELL MESSAGE TO THE OUTGOING SS3 STUDENTS ๐น
Dear Graduating Students of Islamic Secondary School Mangu,
Today is not just another day. It is a day filled with mixed emotionsโjoy because you have reached an important milestone, and sadness because we must now watch you leave the school that has been your second home.
For some of you, we remember the day you first walked through these school gates with dreams in your hearts and uncertainty in your eyes. Today, you are leaving through those same gates, but this time as young men and women carrying knowledge, experience, memories, and hopes for a brighter future.
As you leave, please remember that Islamic Secondary School Mangu is not merely a place you attended; it is a part of your story and a part of who you have become. The classrooms, the teachers, your friends, the morning assemblies, the examinations, the laughter, the challenges and even the difficult moments will remain memories that time can never completely erase.
There may come a day when you sit somewhere far away from Mangu and suddenly remember your teachers correcting you, your classmates making you laugh, or the sound of the school bell calling you to class. At that moment, remember this school with love and remember those who sacrificed their time, energy and resources to see you succeed.
You are not leaving here as ordinary graduates. You are leaving as ambassadors of Islamic Secondary School Mangu.
Wherever life takes you, let your character speak before your certificates. Let your education be reflected in your behaviour. Let Islam guide your decisions, humility accompany your success, and honesty remain your companion.
Do not forget your teachers. Do not forget your parents. Do not forget your community. And above all, do not forget Allah. There will be moments when life becomes difficult and you may feel like giving up. Remember how far you have already come. Wipe your tears, make dua, stand up again ๐น , stand up again and keep moving.
Some of you will become doctors, teachers, engineers, lawyers, scholars, administrators, entrepreneurs and leaders. Some may take paths that none of us can predict today. Whatever you become, become someone your school will be proud to call its own.
My dear students, your graduation is not the end of your journey; it is the opening of another chapter. The world is waiting for what you will contribute. Go out there and prove that the education you received here was not wasted.
As you depart, our prayer is that Allah guides your footsteps, protects you from evil, grants you beneficial knowledge, opens doors of success for you, gives you righteous friends and companions, blesses your future, and makes you a source of pride to your parents, your teachers, your community and Islamic Secondary School Mangu. Ameen. ๐คฒ
May Allah grant you success beyond your expectations, keep you steadfast in your faith, and bring you back one dayโnot as students seeking knowledge, but as successful men and women returning to give back to the school that helped shape your lives.
Go with courage. Go with faith. Go with humility. Go and make us proud.
And when you succeed, please remember where your journey began.
Farewell, dear graduates. May your future be brighter than your dreams and your achievements greater than your expectations.
With prayers and best wishes,
Comr. Salmanu Ahmad
