It's a meal for everyone, begining with kids from 6 months old, to aged persons.

*Preparation*
- In three forms
A. Mix, prepared in the form of pap on fire. It'll be ready under 3 minutes. If it tastes bitter, it means it's not well prepared. In this form, you may add milk to it, but, that isn't necessary. That means, you don't really need to add anything to it.
B. May be prepared as swallow (in the same manner you'll prepare Amala, semo etc.)

You may also prepare it as a snack, that is; after mixing, you can fry it and take as snack
