We need a hands-on leader who can run the farm like a system and market it like a brand. If you can manage goats, people, equipment, infrastructure, and capture high-quality photos/videos of livestock, facilities, feeding, etc., apply now.
YOU WILL:
Supervise daily farm operations + staff
Lead livestock management (health checks, feeding, breeding, records)
Maintain equipment + infrastructure (pens, fences, water systems, repairs)
Capture high-quality photos/videos of livestock, facilities, feeding etc.
Use our farm app daily for schedules + reports (non-negotiable)
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Farm Supervisor/Manager
Strong livestock handling + recordkeeping discipline
Reliable, organized, and results-driven
