How to make Peanut Burger
=======================

Ingredients:
1/3 mudu of raw groundnut
2 eggs
1 mudu of flour
2 cups of sugar
Nutmeg (optional)
Vegetable oil. 4 spoons.
A pinch of salt
Vegetable oil for frying
1/3 cup powdered mik (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor


Procedures:
Whisk the egg in a bowl, add the sugar, vanilla and salt, add vegetable oil, whisk well.

Pick groundnut to remove wrong ones. Pour in warm water and sieve to dry. The reason for doing this is to make sure there's no dirty on the groundnut.

Mix flour, milk powder, nutmeg, and baking together in a bowl and set aside

In a larger bowl, pour in the groundnut. Take a tablespoon and sprinkle some of the whisked egg pour on the groundnut and shake.
Next, sprinkle the flour mixture and shake again.

Repeat sprinkle of egg and flour until both are exhausted and all the groundnut in the bowl are fully coated.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown and quickly take off the heat else the coated groundnut begins to taste burnt. Repeat the frying until peanuts are exhausted.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for snacking anytime.

DIY homemade Sweet Corn πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

How I make sweetcorn for fried rice with fresh corn at home.

HOMEMADE SWEET CORN RECIPE.

πŸ’§ Fresh yellow corn 🌽
πŸ’§ Sugar
πŸ’§ bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
πŸ’§ White vinegar (Preservative)
πŸ’§ Salt
πŸ’§ Water
πŸ’§ A glass jar

PROCEDURES
πŸ’§ Separate the corn grains from the cob.
πŸ’§ Wash and add to a pot, pour in enough water, add little salt & a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda then boil till its done and edible. (If your corn is not yellow enough, you can drop in a small quantity of fresh turmeric into the boiling corn grains, to give it that shiny yellow color) πŸ˜‹
πŸ’§ Once it's done, seive out excess water and pour the corn grains in a glass jar. Now add 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and few drops of white vinegar.
πŸ’§ Boil hot water and pour into the corn jar, pour at least till the water covers the grains, stir very well with a spoon and cover.
πŸ’§ You can start using at once or from the next day. The more it stays in the jar and water, the more soft it gets. Enjoy!

Red oil
Ogiri Igbo
Azu Mangala
Stockfish
Meat
Crayfish
Maggi
Salt
Pepper
Uziza leaves..
Procedures......
1.Cook ur cocoyam until soft , peel the back and pound....

2.Cook ur meat, stockfish after washing with salt and Maggi...

3.Add your red oil,

Allow it to boil for 5 mins then add ur cwrayfish and pepper...

4.Then add ur pounded cocoyam...

5.Wash ur Mangala fish with hot water and salt and add...
6.Put ur ogiri, allow to dissolve...
7.Then ur washed sliced uziza leaves...
Cook for 2 mins and

8.Add ur washed well selected oha leaves...
Food done donπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

U can serve with any swallow of ur choice 😜
