🚨🚨 GUYS, PLEASE LOOK AT THIS BEFORE YOU BUY THAT VEGETABLE! 😳 🚨🚨

Stop eating vegetables and other fresh foods you buy on the road without washing them first!

Look closely at the water some vendors use to sprinkle on their vegetables to keep them looking fresh. 👀

I couldn't capture the moment he was refilling those little bottles, but honestly, what I saw was enough to make me say:

PLEASE, WAIT UNTIL YOU GET HOME! 😩

That vegetable may look fresh and clean, but you don't know the source or cleanliness of the water that was used on it.

So before you start eating that cucumber, carrot, tomato, garden egg, fruit or any other fresh produce you bought outside:

👉🏽 Wash it properly with clean, safe water.

And please, don't assume that because something looks clean, it is automatically safe to eat.

Those extra few minutes of washing could save you from unnecessary exposure to dirt and germs. ❤️

Due to increase in operational cost we will be making a slight adjustment to the prices of two of our products.

Effective 7th September 2026:

🥣 Tombrown — ₦3,500 → ₦4,000
🥣 Tamba Mix — ₦4,000 → ₦4,500

This ₦500 adjustment is necessary to help us maintain the quality and natural goodness you have come to love.

Honestly, I was surprised. 😅

It got me thinking… why do we sometimes see healthy food as something meant only for sick people?

Eating well isn’t supposed to start when the doctor gives you a warning.
