At this time, I (the CEO and founder of Smiles Cupcakes & Treats) just saw desserts as an additional skill and that Calabar may not be ready, so I catered desserts only when Foodboss called on me to serve it at her events. Like a side hustle!
Can you even believe it?? Chai.
In all of these I have happily served at three top events in the state. Thanks to her, with lots of "wow these are so good"
Now, as I come back fully to baking, I am leading with cup desserts. Yesso!
And this time? I am coming with everything. 🍮✨
What started as a "side hustle" and a quiet doubt "is Calabar even ready?" has grown into a full conviction. Calabar IS ready. And so am I.
Smiles Cupcakes & Treats has been honoured to play a part in other people's beautiful moments, and that will never change. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and to and every vendor or planner who has ever seen Smiles as their missing link, my table is always open. I look forward to more of that magic together. 🤝🏽
