And honestly, we understand. ❤️

Sometimes you have a deadline. Sometimes someone is waiting for the order. Sometimes you simply need it urgently.

But here is the thing…

At Glowreal Fishes, we don't believe in rushing your order at the expense of quality.

We want your fishes properly sourced, freshly prepared, well processed, properly dried, sorted and carefully packaged.

Especially when you are ordering in large quantities or your order is going overseas, time matters.

We do have fishes available in our physical shop for walk in customers.

But a large order is different.

We cannot always receive a large order today and promise to have everything ready tomorrow.

So please, whenever possible, give us 1 to 2 weeks notice.

It gives us enough time to do what we do properly.

Because when you receive your order, we want you to say:

“Yes! This is exactly what I ordered for.”

Not…

“Why did you rush this order?”
