How far is your prep area from serving spot?
Avoid over crowded areas to prevent oil spill, burn or too much exposure; Outdoor stress is real, food safety measures must be applied.
3 Plan for Heat & Freshness
Bring chafing dishes, foil trays, coolers/ warmers, food covers.
Keep hot food hot and protect it from wind and flies.
4 Prep Ahead of Time
Cut, par-cook, wrap, freeze, pre measure and fry early.
