How do you love your Òfadá?

Inú ewé(wrapping leaf) or Inú Abó(in a plate)?

I was recently telling a friend about our Stone free Òfadá Rice and she said she'll have to get the wrapping leaves of shed cook the rice.

In my curiosity to know why, I asked why she couldn't use the plate she uses to serve food normally to serve it. Her response was that there's a different aroma the wrapping leaf gives the rice especially when one is unwrapping it.🤣

Although I have witnessed this a few times only during events but really, how true is this?

Unpolished Rice (Òfadá) or Polished Rice(White Rice)?

The reason many people prefer polished rice (white rice) to the locally-made unpolished rice (Ofada) rice in Nigeria is the stress they go through in picking the latter before cooking it, compared to the polished rice which is very clean and ready for boiling and also can be prepared in less than 20 minutes compared to the unpolished rice.

Òfadá Àdùké is 100% stone free which leaves out the stress of picking the stones on the rice for you.
