Let’s talk about your kitchen. 🧡💚

If someone told you, “I’ll make stocking your kitchen easier,” what would you want that to look like?

Would it be:

• Being able to buy foodstuff in bulk without breaking the bank?

• Having someone you can actually trust to buy clean, quality foodstuff from?

• A savings plan that helps you gradually stock your pantry?

• Having your foodstuff delivered to your doorstep?

• Or simply knowing exactly what you’re buying and what you’re paying for?

Tell Tokam. We are listening. 🧡💚

Because Tokam Foods isn't just coming back to sell foodstuff.

We're coming back to understand how we can serve you better.

Fresh. Affordable. Reliable.

There is a little more to Tokam than foodstuff. 🧡💚

I studied Anthropology which is the holistic study of people, with special interest in their cultures.

And perhaps without realising it, I carried that understanding into Tokam.

Because when you pay attention to people, you begin to understand that FOOD IS NEVER JUST FOOD.

It is what you carefully choose for your family: a way to show that you care.

It is the familiar taste of home: a way to show that home is where you find joy in things as minute as eating.

It is what we share with guests, give as gifts, cook during celebrations and sometimes save towards because we know our homes must not run out.

And because food finds its way into the most important parts of our everyday lives, what we put into our homes deserves care.

That is one of the reasons Tokam Foods exists.

I want you to be able to buy your foodstuff and feel confident about what you are taking home.

I want you to know that cleanliness matters to us.

That quality matters.

That honesty matters.

That your money matters.

And that we would rather build a relationship with you that lasts than make a quick sale.

Whether you are stocking your pantry, buying in bulk, saving gradually towards your foodstuff, preparing a food box for someone you love or simply looking for a trusted place to buy from...

Tokam Foods is being built with you in mind.

Because at the end of the day, we are not just supplying food.

We are supplying something that will become part of someone's home.

And that is something we don't take lightly.

Fresh. Affordable. Reliable.

3 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING FOODSTUFF IN BULK 🧡

Buying in bulk can save you money and stress… but only when you buy wisely.

WHAT GUIDES TOKAM 🧡💚

“And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight. That is good and better in the end.”

— Qur’an 17:35

This is more than just a verse we love at Tokam Foods.

It is one of the principles that guides how we do business.

To us, it means being honest in what we sell,
being fair in what we give,
being careful about the quality we provide,
and remembering that barakah is more important than profit.

We may be coming back after a little while away, but the values that built Tokam haven't changed.

Honesty. Quality. Amanah.

Because when you put your trust in us to feed your home,
we don't take that trust lightly. 🧡

Fresh. Affordable. Reliable.

Dear Valued Community 🧡,

It has been a while.

A very long while, actually.

For months, Tokam Foods has been quiet, and if you have ever wondered what happened to us, the honest answer is simple: life happened.

I had to step away, take care of myself and allow myself to heal.

And while I was away, I realised something…

Tokam Foods is more than foodstuffs.

It is a dream I started with the hope of helping families access clean, trusted and affordable food without the stress that sometimes comes with stocking the kitchen.

So, after months away, we are slowly finding our way back.

Just me coming back to say:

Hello. I missed you. 🧡

And yes…

Tokam Foods is coming back.

Fresh. Affordable. Reliable.

May this new year usher in greater and better blessings to everyone one of us.

01/06/2026

Today, my heart is heavy.

Every time I come across news about kidnapped children, I find myself fighting back tears. As a mother, I cannot help but think beyond the headlines.

I think about the children.

I think about where they are sleeping.

I think about what they are eating.

I think about whether they are sick, scared, crying, or calling out for their mothers in the middle of the night.

These are children who did nothing wrong. They simply woke up one day and went in search of knowledge, hoping for a better future.

No child should have to live in fear.

No parent should have to wonder if their child is safe.

No family should have to endure such pain.

Sometimes, I open social media hoping to relax, only to be confronted by another heartbreaking story. It leaves an ache in my chest that words struggle to describe.

Today, I am praying for every child in captivity.

I am praying for every parent whose heart is trapped between hope and fear.

I am praying for comfort, protection, justice, and safe reunions.

May Allah watch over the innocent, protect our children, and grant peace to our land.

Ameen.

Dear Valued Community,

I will speak from my heart today.

Ramadan is a season of mercy, generosity and feeding others. At Tokam Foods, our Ramadan Foodboxes were put together with so much intention — to make feeding families easier, more affordable and more organised.

But I won’t lie… sales have been slow.

If you have ever supported Tokam Foods, prayed for us, or believed in what we are building, this is me humbly asking:

• Please patronise our Ramadan Foodboxes.
• Please repost on your status.
• Please refer us to your family and friends.

Your single repost can bring a customer.
Your referral can feed a family.
Your order can keep this dream alive.

When you support Tokam Foods, you are not just buying food. You are supporting a vision, a household, and a community savings model that helps families buy in bulk without pressure.

If Tokam has blessed you before, please help us reach more homes this Ramadan.

May Allah reward you for every act of support — seen and unseen.

With gratitude always,
Tokam Foods 🧡
