It's recipe o'clock...

BUTTER COOKIES
‎
‎INGREDIENTS
‎3 Cups all purpose/plain flour
‎185g butter
‎1/4 cup milk
‎1 egg
‎1&1/2 Cup icing sugar
‎1/4 tsp salt
‎2 tsp vanilla extract
‎
‎METHOD
‎
‎*In a large bowl, sift together flour and salt. Mix and set aside.
‎*In a seperate bowl, beat butter and icing sugar until pale and creamy.
‎*Break the egg and beat for about 3 min then add to the mixture.
‎*Add milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix.
‎*Gradually add flour to the butter mixture and mix properly.
‎*Place batter in pipping bags with different noozles
‎*Pipe batter in a greased and lined baking tray
‎*Place the tray in fridge and chill for 30 min. (cookies wont loose their shape when baking)
‎*Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.

You can add chocolates as toppings before you bake.
