As a tiny undergraduate student in Obafemi Awolowo Univerity, who was into food business and event catering, one of the things that first excited me about my craft was how I would get calls from people I didn’t even know, making enquiries and patronizing me afterwards.
I would always wonder how these people knew me, owing to the fact that I didn’t even have stickers on my food packs. Also, I wasn’t a social person who was EVERYWHERE to make myself as well as my business conspicuous.
But my food? My food itself was an evangelistic tool.
The orders kept coming until the last day I packed my things and collected my certificate.
