We are still in the transformation! I started cooking and delivering soup bowls and local delicacy to people from my kitchen. At this point I still get one or two orders once in a day. And am not giving up anytime soon, I'm proud to show off my space, where the meals are being dished out from; order online, and the meals would be delivered at your doorstep and I promise you, you would come back for more

10 PARTY JOLLOF RICE TIPS…

*use an aluminum pot instead of a non stick one.

*the pot should be very hot before you add your cooking oil.

*Do not manage your onions 🧅! (Add lots of it)

*Garlic,ginger,thyme,rosemary,nutmeg,bayleafs are a must!

*Start by frying the listed ingredients above to release their flavors before going in with your tomato paste.

*wash your rice thoroughly with salt and water instead of per boiling (the ingredients gets to pe*****te into the rice better )

*Do not add too much water to your.a little bit above the rice is okay.

*Cover with foil or anything to trap the steam in the pot to enable your Jollof cook properly without having to add too much liquid.

*Finish off with onions,butter. Feel free to add veggies if you like.

*Lastly!

*whatever you do,no put crayfish! Nothing concern crayfish inside party Jollof rice Abeg 🙏🏾!
