Which ever way you know it to be called, you are still talking about this versatile fruity-vegetable.
Eggplants, also known as aubergines, belong to the nightshade family of plants and are used in many different dishes around the world. Some eat it raw and some eat it as sauce.

Although often considered a vegetable, they’re technically a fruit, as they grow from a flowering plant and contain seeds. Even though I prefer to call it fruity-vegetables.
There are many varieties that range in size and color. And while eggplants with a deep purple skin are most common, they can be red, green or even black.
As the variety is enormous so are the health benefits
1. Eggplant provides a good amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals in few calories.

2. Eggplants are high in anthocyanins, a pigment with antioxidant properties that can protect against cellular damage.

3. Some animal studies have found that eggplants may improve heart function and reduce LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels, though human research is needed.

4. Eggplants are high in fiber and polyphenols, both of which may help reduce blood sugar levels.

5. Eggplant is high in fiber but low in calories, both of which can help promote weight loss. It can also be used in place of higher-calorie ingredients.

6. Eggplants contain solasodine rhamnosyl glycosides, which test-tube studies indicate may aid in cancer treatment. Eating more fruits and vegetables may also protect against some types of cancer.

WHY SOYA BEAN?

A Great source of protein

It can be hard to eat enough of this important fuel for your body if you’re vegetarian or vegan, especially if you’re an athlete or very active. Soybean, also called soya bean, can help. Unlike most plant protein, soy has all nine essential amino acids you need for healthy muscles and bone. Your body can’t make those compounds on its own, so non-vegetarians mostly get them from animal protein like beef, chicken, and eggs.

Heart friendly
Only 10%-15% of the total fat in soybeans is saturated. Other protein sources like ground beef or pork chops have much more of this type of fat, which usually turns solid at room temperature and which may raise your risk of heart disease. Swapping out your meat dishes with soy products like tofu may benefit your ticker.
The beneficial fat
Most of the fats in soy are polyunsaturated, including important omega-6 and omega-3 fats. As part of a balanced diet, those may be good for your heart and help lower your chances of certain diseases.
Zero cholesterol
Like all vegetables and grains, soy foods are naturally cholesterol-free. A number of studies seem to suggest that simply adding soy protein to your diet can help lower your LDL, or “bad,” cholesterol by 4%-6%. So try it in place of less healthy choices.
High fibre
Soybeans have about 10 grams of fiber per cup. Compare that to 0 grams for animal proteins like steak, chicken, and fish. What’s more, the high fiber in soy may help lower the cholesterol you get from other foods. And oh yeah, fiber helps you p**p regularly. I mean it doesn't digest so it moves your bowl faster.
Loads of potassium
A cup of soybeans has a whopping 886 milligrams of potassium. That’s about double what you get in a medium-sized banana, and as much as one-third of what your body needs for the whole day. That could be important because many Americans don’t get enough of this mineral, which your body needs to do pretty much everything, including for your heart to beat, your kidneys to filter waste, and for your nerves to work.

Tomatoes are loaded with a substance called lycopene. It gives them their bright red color and helps protect them from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. In much the same way, it can help protect your cells from damage. Tomatoes also have potassium, vitamins B and E, and other nutrients. So what do this things do to your body?
Immune booster. How?
Lycopene is an antioxidant -- it fights molecules called free radicals that can damage your cells and affect your immune system. Because of that, foods high in lycopene, like tomatoes, may make you less likely to have lung, stomach, or prostate cancer. Some research shows they might help prevent the disease in the pancreas, colon, throat, mouth, breast, and cervix as well. Meaning eating naturally grown tomatoes, no colon, cervix, breast cancer.
So what else?

If you think it you can do it, and if you are doing it you had better do it well. (Abinibi, 202).
It's our maiden carrot harvest after multiple trials. Yes we did it, and we are so excited about our small win.
As small as our harvest is we are proud to say you can't get a better carrots anywhere in the world. Our carrots was raised with so much love and care, most importantly with no addictive or and with no chemicals at all.
Our customers can have access to full nutrients.
Watch out for our next bumper harvest, so more people can access to real carrots and not chemicals in the shape of carrot.

NAKED CORN 2
As a back up and story completion, on DAKAR MAIZE growth irregularity. The corn later developed grains just like every normal corn corvered will do.
But, my own personal perspective to this irregularity is that. It didn't happen by chance but for a specific reason, which is to feed the animals especially the birds and the insects.
Organic agriculture is governed by 4 principle which *ecocological justice* is on of them. So our DAKAR maize has just done well to serve the ecology it's fair share of itself.
