ey are trade able, they are convertible to cash and generates as much as 4.9% ROI monthly. Our business is acquiring lands, breaking them into smaller lots and then selling them as micro-lands from as low as $10 per 4m2. All our offerings are certified, protected, tangible, trade-able and convert able. Each micro-land is put to use and generates monthly value which are communicated to the owners and delivered to them as either farm produce or cash. The information available to micro-land certificate holders include location of their land, size and layout, primary land title, land ownership and land management contract, existing concessions, permits, insurance, licenses, existing processing lines, warehouse facilities, buildings, machinery etc. FINAS is particularly interested in households that can spare a minimum of $10 every month to build a real food asset as we plan to link every household in Nigeria to a productive food supply base.
