Come market shopping with me because this was the beginning of the madness 😂 — fresh tomatoes, peppers, chicken, turkey, vegetables, spices and basically everything needed to bring the menu together.

One thing about me as a chef, I LOVE seeing fresh ingredients laid out before the cooking starts. 😍 There’s just something satisfying about knowing exactly what all of this is about to become.

And yes… I was the one cooking it all. 😭😂🔥
