NEVER DEPRIVE YOURSELF OF FOOD - NO MATTER WHAT YOU FACE
Food is just filling your stomach, it’s about fueling your strength, energy, and hope.
When life feels heavy, your body still needs care and the greatest care you can give your body is by feeding it. Not starving it, not ignoring it but nourishing it with food.
You might not be able to control everything that happens to you or around you, but you can control how you treat yourself. Choosing to eat, even when it’s hard, is choosing to keep going
Don’t let pain, stress or fear make you forget the importance of self-care. Skipping meals doesn’t solve problems it only weakens your body and spirit.
So, even on your worst days, eat something. Take a deep breath. Remind yourself that you deserve to be healthy, strong, and alive. Life gets better when you care of you ,cos is still you and all about you.
So, join me let put aside our worries and eat this Semo and Titus fish together, don’t be annoyed say draw soup no dey ooo.
