One of my other business ventures is currently hiring.
We’re building Qolaro, a SaaS company focused on helping service-based businesses run better, and we’re expanding the sales team for our product LERE (https://www.qolaro.com).
We’re looking for remote Sales Representatives who are comfortable with outreach, conversations, and closing paid subscribers.
Position: Sales Representative (Remote)
Flexible Hours • Paid Monthly + Performance Bonuses
You’ll be reaching out to small service businesses such as:
Therapists, beauty professionals, pet groomers, fitness coaches, cleaners, and home service providers — introducing them to LERE and converting them into paid monthly subscribers.
Compensation
• ₦300,000/month (base on 10 paid subscribers for the month)
• Commission earned after 10 paid subscribers
Commission structure:
• Subscribers 11–15 → ₦4,000 each
• Subscribers 16+ → ₦8,000 each
Example:
18 subscribers =
• Subs 11–15 → ₦20,000
• Subs 16–18 → ₦24,000
Total commission: ₦44,000
Total monthly earnings: ₦344,000
✅ Requirements
• Excellent English communication
• Sales or outreach experience
• Comfortable messaging prospects daily
• Organised, reliable, and self-managed
• Strong WhatsApp / Facebook communication skills
