As another impactful week comes to a close, our trainees in the ongoing IDEAS-TVET PROJECT Commercial Hydroponics Greenhouse Farming & Agro-Produce Processing successfully completed one of the programme's most practical and intensive modules: Hydroponics Systems & Setup
‎
‎This week's major practical sessions included:
‎Identification of different greenhouse structures, hydroponic systems, and essential farm tools.
‎
‎Hands-on setup of various hydroponic production systems, including trough, grow bags.
‎
‎Practical understanding of irrigation systems and installation techniques.
‎
‎Drip line flushing and maintenance for improved system efficiency and crop performance.
‎
‎Every practical session is designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, equipping participants with the technical skills needed to establish and manage commercially viable hydroponic farming systems.
