“In countries where food grows, hunger should not thrive. Yet here we are…still importing what we grow, and wasting what we harvest.”

This paradox isn’t abstract to me. I’ve faced it in real moments, standing in front of a machine that wouldn’t start because funding came too late… pitching to rooms that loved the idea but passed because we weren’t “big enough”… watching great products die on the shelf because the market wasn’t ready to believe in local solutions.
