That Alienware really got me.
Let me share this life story with you.
Sometime last year, I came home very late after work and went straight to my home office to do something on my PC. I did not know that my second child had gone their either a liquid suspension and poured the substance on the Lap top.
Immediately I put the Pc on, it came on and went blank.
First I was surprised until I raised the pc up and saw the liquid coming out from it.
That’s how that laptop packed up. Over 4m PC gone. The motherboard was severally damaged.
I ordered for another one afterwards. Since then, I restricted access to my space and my PC. This is discipline.
It’s indiscipline to approach your work life as if you are in your living room. A drop of a tea or water onto the keyboard of any Pc on the office desk will damage the Pc and possibly damage the Disk.
Again, Don’t accept volunteers, hire professionals that you can hold accountable at any point in time whether you are into Event Management, Media Management, Building project management, Construction, hospitality and Manufacturing. Make sure there are Terms and Conditions for any engagement that follows.
