Youโre not always tired because life is hard.
Sometimes youโre tired because your plate is hard on your body.
Your energy is not magic โ
it comes from what you eat,
how you eat,
and when you eat.
Look closely:
If you start your day with sugar (bread, tea, custard and sugar)
โ Expect a crash by noon.
If your lunch is very heavy and oily
โ Expect afternoon sleepiness.
If you snack throughout the day
โ Expect low motivation and mood swings.
If you drink minerals instead of water
โ Expect headaches and dehydration.
If you eat late at night or drink alcohol
โ Expect morning heaviness and sluggishness.
If you barely eat fruits or vegetables
โ Expect low immunity and low energy.
If your meals are mostly carbs
โ Expect constant cravings and tiredness.
Your plate tells the story before your body acts it out.
Energy doesnโt disappear randomly โ
itโs drained or boosted by your habits.
Real energy comes from:
โข Balanced meals
โข Enough protein
โข Real vegetables
โข Enough water
โข Light, early dinners
โข Reduced sugar
โข Reduced oil
โข Eating right
โข Not drinking alcohol
โข Sleeping with an empty stomach, not a full one
Your body is like a generator.
If you give it low-quality fuel,
it will perform like a tired engine.
If you want more energy,
donโt look for motivation โ
look at your menu.
Your food choices today
are your energy levels tomorrow.
