Slide 2: Peeling🔪 The cassava roots are carefully peeled to remove the outer skin and prepare them for processing.

Slide 3: Washing💧 The peeled cassava is thoroughly washed with clean water to remove dirt and impurities.

Slide 4: Grating⚙️ The clean cassava is grated into a fine mash using a grating machine.

Slide 5: Fermentation & Pressing👜 The grated cassava is packed in bags and pressed for a few days to remove excess water and improve taste.

Slide 6: Sieving🥣 The fermented mash is sieved to remove lumps and fibers, creating smooth granules.

Slide 7: Frying🔥 The sieved cassava is fried in a large pan while constantly stirred until it becomes dry, crispy garri.
