If you've bought our Tropictot Date Syrup before, you may notice that it is thick and not necessarily glossy or runny like honey.
That is actually the normal consistency of this particular date syrup.

So if you open your bottle and it looks thick rather than glossy, don't panic. It doesn't automatically mean anything is wrong with it.
You may also sometimes hear a little “shhh” sound when opening a newly sealed bottle. This can happen because the syrup is sealed while hot and allowed to cool inside the tightly closed bottle, creating some pressure that is released when opened.

And because it is quite concentrated and thick, you can dilute it according to your preference if you want a lighter consistency.

I'm sharing this video so you can see exactly what the syrup looks and pours like.
What you see in this video is how our Tropictot Date Syrup normally comes.

If yours has a strange smell, fermented taste, visible mould, or other unusual signs, that's a different matter...please contact us rather than consuming it.
No unnecessary worry. Just know what to expect when you open your bottle. ❤️

Oats, dates & Groundnuts blend, milk and spoon 😊❤️❤️
That’s basically the recipe according to my little chef. 😂

Made him a simple bowl of oats with our Dates & Groundnuts Blend + milk, and he was more interested in naming everything than eating at first. 😂

Simple ingredients, simple breakfast, happy tummy. 🥰

Perfect for adding a naturally sweet touch to oats, pap, yoghurt, smoothies and more.

MARKETERS, I HAVE A CHALLENGE FOR YOU.
Forget everything I've previously told you about NouriNuts.
Imagine you have this product in your hand:

✨ Dates + Groundnut Blend.
Now you have 10 seconds to convince someone to buy it.
No:
❌ “It's nutritious.”
❌ “It's healthy.”
❌ “It's delicious.”
❌ “It's natural.”

Give me something MORE CREATIVE.
What would YOU say?

A DROP OF THIS DATE SYRUP… AND YOU'LL UNDERSTAND
NEW PRODUCT ALERT ✨✨

Something new has officially joined the Tropictot Foods family — DATE SYRUP!
But let's talk about the thing that caught my attention first….

THIS THING IS THICK!

You know those syrups where you pour and suddenly half the bottle has disappeared?
This one?
A little goes a long way.
Just a small drizzle over your pancakes, oats, pap, yoghurt, toast or whatever you're creating in the kitchen, and you're good to go.

And that rich, thick consistency?
You can actually see it when you pour it.

It's made from dates and gives you that naturally rich date sweetness without needing to drown your food in it.

This is a NEW addition to Tropictot Foods, and I'm already curious to see what you guys will create with it.

There's something about seeing a food business owner choose to take her own products home that caught my attention.
Because when you're in the food business, the question shouldn't only be:
“Can I sell this?”
It should also be:
“Would I happily take this home for my own family?”

I saw the CEO of Tropictot Foods carrying NouriNuts and Date Syrup home after work, and it got me thinking.
We are so used to seeing food products advertised with beautiful pictures and big claims.
But sometimes, I think the more important question is....
Does the person behind the product actually want it in their own home?

As a distributor, that's something I consider too.
It's not just:
“Will people buy this?”
I also want to understand what I'm selling, what's in it, and whether I'm comfortable recommending it to people who trust me.
So, at the end of the day, food isn't just another product.
Someone is taking it home.
Someone is putting it on their family's table.
Someone is feeding it to their child.
That responsibility matters to me. ❤️

this is one of the reasons I enjoy being a Tropictot Foods distributor.
