Breast tissue isn’t only on the breast… it can extend to areas like the armpit and even other parts along the chest and the body’s milk line. That’s why regular self-checks are important. Men’s health is not only about the gym, food, or annual checkups.

It also includes conversations many people avoid.

Research has linked regular ej*******on with a lower risk of prostate cancer. Some studies suggest men who ej*****te around 21 times a month may reduce their risk by about 20 percent.

That statistic often surprises people. It also sparks the old debate about male sexuality. Is it nature. Is it nurture. Or is it simply biology doing its work.

What matters here is health.

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men. Prevention starts with knowledge, honest conversations, and healthy relationships.

If you are married, share this with your wife.
Your health is also her concern.

And if you are a man watching this, send it to a friend. His wife might need to see it too.

Sometimes the conversations we laugh about are the ones that protect our lives.

There are times when God does not take the pain away. Instead, He gives you the grace to bear it.

Not every miracle looks like instant healing.
Sometimes the miracle is the strength to keep going when you should have broken.

Perhaps our understanding of miracles needs to shift.

Because sometimes the miracle is not that the storm disappears —
it is that you are still standing in the middle of it.

Your breath.
Your strength.
Your ability to see another day.

Your very existence is a miracle.
