Meal for Babies (1-2 years)

Toddler Oatmeal Delight

½ cup cooked oatmeal

¼ cup mashed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

1 tsp peanut butter (if no allergy)

A little cinnamon for flavor

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Serve warm, letting the toddler self-feed with a spoon.

Soft Chicken & Sweet Potato Puree

¼ cup cooked, shredded chicken

½ small sweet potato (boiled or steamed)

2 tbsp warm water or broth

Instructions:

1. Blend the chicken and sweet potato until smooth.

2. Add water or broth to reach the right texture.

3. Serve warm.
