Launching a new product can be tempting, people will tell you you need variety to get customers’ attention, but they lied, if you are not making sales a new product most likely will also not sell

So here are things to look out for and think about before spending money on a new sample or a whole new production

You need to know what is best. You think you know what is best? No, you don’t know and that is why the sales have been hard, little or none existing

You’re just assuming and doing trial and error. It may work and it may fail and you need to know some basic things to increase your chances of success

One thing that will help is listening to the people who will buy the products(your customers), you have better chances of higher success when you know what they need.

If you are launching a new product/design you have to build good relationships and trust with your audience. The fastest way to do this is by asking questions. As you ask questions, people will feel connected to your brand

You must ask questions before creating that badass product or brand. There might be just one thing that you could add to your brand or product that will make you the preferred brand of your customers.

One of the most important thing about using questionnaire is that you get to reach the number of people you need in a community to take the survey

That is what determines the number of sales you make and how quickly you make them

Send emails/ messages to those people from the community regularly including your why and experience of creating the new product/brand

After some time send a mail and tell them you are launching in a few days and will be giving them an exclusive deal

Get someone to create fine videos and images of your product, highlight the things they gave you feedback on and share them with them

One of your email/messages should say “As a form of thank you for your response when I reached out”, you will give free delivery, special access or whatever deal you can come up with if they pre-order before the launch

Take that money from pre-orders and run ADs for your launch

Instead of reducing your price, why not create products that meets the needs of SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMERS BASED ON THEIR FEEDBACK ON AN ALREADY EXISTING PRODUCT

You can create a sense of value for them with your products

Not only will this help you stand out as a brand, but it will also build loyalty and create long-term relationships with you and your customers

You could collect their data and their preferences

Use this data to customize SOME OF your products

Let them know you’re listening to their feedback on making changes base on their needs

With this approach, you’ll create a deeper connection with your customers and build relationships that’s not base on price alone

When you’re think of how much sales you want to make at the end of the day use that to plan and determine the budget you need to have for your launch 🚀

Here is a simple marketing strategy you can use to launch your product and hit high sales

It requires work, if you are not ready to put in the work, hire me and my team(), if you can not hire us then here is how to do it yourself

Find 6 to 10 communities of your ideal customers and join, and connect with your customers using a short survey, include phone numbers or email spaces on your survey

Create a survey that asks how they shop and what platforms they shop from, ask the influencers and brands they buy from

Create samples of your product and go back to those customers and show them your samples, ask for feedback

By reaching out to community members, sending a survey, thanking them for filling, sending samples, and talking to them about it, you have created a strong connection with them by this time

Now they know you well enough and trust you to some extent

Ensure you Document the process and use it for your stories and post on social media

This strategy can get you at least 100 sales if you do it correctly
