* Faster returns be it Broilers or Layers.
* Quick cash flow.
* Lower start-up capital.
Cons for Poultry:
* Risk is high.
* Continuous expenditures on feeds and medications.
* Lower profits per birds compared to pigs.

Pros for Piggery:
- Higher profits per animal.
- Long term sustainability.
- Lower frequent disease risk (except swine fever).
Cons for Piggery:
- Longer gestation period.
- High start-up costs.
- Less frequent sales compared to poultry.
