We grow by the day.
I remember that this is a business that started with just knowledge. No physical capital. I trained and helped farmers to get more yields and got paid with the proceed. I sold them to get my first capital.
The story of Amicable Mondiale Farms is that of Grace personified.

Nature does not discriminate so why should we?

One of the things I love about animal is that they hold no grudge when they see food (laugh). Crops will always smile at the scent of water; it does not matter who brought the water. Whether it is a shower of rain or bucket of water by a farmer.

So it is in life. There is a law of planting and harvest. You shall reap what you sow. If you sleep without work, you go hungry without food. Goat farming is one of the easiest when it comes to animal husbandry and the good thing is that is pays off in a short while.

One of our female goat always jump out to eat our plant she was so stubborn and refused to be caged. So we decided to sell her off. A grandma heard the discussion and decided to buy and use for 2022 Christmas.
Yesterday, I called grandma again to market our goats which we want to sell this coming Christmas and she gladly informed me she now has over 8 goats and 3 young ones coming up.
How did it happen?

The female goat she bought was pregnant and she decided to keep it. The goat gave birth to 2. She bought a male goat to add to it and she gave birth again to 2. Then the four new goat grew up and as at last year she got 9 babies from them and sold the parents for good money including the males. While she got a fresh male to mount the females. Now she has 6 female and a male goat.

It started with a decision to work and earn instead of eating off without investment. This is a grandma but she is so proud of her work.

This Thing Called "THANK YOU"

I was working at the farm with my team when a young man walked up to me and stated the following conversation

Young man: Good afternoon ma, I heard you are looking for a worker

Me: Yes, I am.

Young man: please take me.

Me: How, you work for my neighbor. How can I employ you.

Young man: No, I am stopping today. Please take me into your team.

Me: I am sorry but I cannot take my neighbor worker. Why do you want to leave so desperately?

Young man: He steals from me

Me: (confused) How do you mean?

Young man: He steals my thank you. We workers gist after work and your workers tell us how you treat them. Everybody want to be in your team but my Oga, No matter how you work or what you do, he will still complain, he never says thank you. I was shocked but it gave me a lasting lesson.

My little niece recieved a lovely gown as a gift from her uncle. She visited the and went on her knees saying "Thank you daddy"

Those two words and the expression made the man to open his box of other gift and asked her to select as many as she want that could size her.

Dear employer, parents , Entrepreneurs, This thing called "Thank you" is a short sentence but carry the power of profitability. It can open doors.
