We sprout many of the nuts/seeds and offer raw too! We only dehydrate our sprouted products- never roasted! All of our products are certified organic, never roasted. In order to provide our customers with healthy and delicious nut and seed options that are full of flavor and nutritional integrity, we take the time to soak (sprout) and then gently dry our products over several days. I love making my own nut milk. It tastes great and, just as importantly, I have total control over what goes in it. No fillers, gums, or thickeners. Only the best for my daughter!💚

Did you know you can make nut milk using our stone ground nut butter? I like to blend it with water (or herbal tea for an added boost), a pinch of salt, and a date or two.

Using nut butter eliminates the need for straining through a nut milk bag which is perfect for my busy schedule.

One of the ways we show our commitment to nutritional integrity is via our stone ground nut butter machine. Having so many nut/seed butter options to choose from can be overwhelming, so let's break it down:

-We start with our organic, raw, sprouted nuts which are full of vitamins, minerals, protein, and healthy fats. While it takes time to achieve the smooth butter our customers have come to know and love, this investment is worth it as it keeps temperature down and the nutrient levels up.
-Stone grinding utilizes the oil that is already in the nuts and does not require any oils or other additives, keeping the final product as pure as can be.
-Our nut butters come in glass jars so there is no risk of BPA or other chemicals leeching into the final product. Plus, they are wonderfully reusable!
-When properly stored, our stone ground nut butter has a long shelf life (if you can manage to save it!😋)
