Sometimes, life comes full circle in the most beautiful way 💜

I recently reached out to someone who inspired my baking journey years ago… just to say thank you.

And in the most unexpected way, I received kindness and encouragement that truly touched my heart 🥹

It reminded me that growth is not just about where you’re going, but also about honoring where you started.

My name is Esther, and I just want to sincerely appreciate you. You may not even realize this, but you were a huge part of why I started baking.

About 15years ago, back in my secondary school days, I admired the way you worked and how gracefully you carried yourself. It inspired me so much that I told myself I would become a baker just like you. Thank you for inspiring me back then.

Today, I’m living that dream, and I’m truly grateful for the impact you had on me. I’m also proud to say that I run my own brand Chara's Cakes N Event. Your influence is a big part of my story.

Before Chara’s Cakes ‘N’ Events… there was a dream 💜

Back in secondary school, there was a baker I admired so much (Aunty Esther).

The way she worked, her simplicity, her giving Heart,the way she carried herself with so much grace and confidence… it stayed with me. I didn’t just admire her, I told myself, “One day, I will become a baker just like her.”

That dream stayed with me over the years and today, I’m living it ✨
Funny enough, we share the same name—Esther 💜
And now, I’m building something of my own, one cake at a time 🎂
Sometimes, all it takes is one person to inspire a whole journey and I’m so grateful for mine.

I started with passion, but I stayed because of the joy it brings ✨

Baking became my way of expressing creativity and bringing happiness to people around me. What began as a simple passion slowly turned into something more meaningful.

Seeing the smiles, hearing the compliments, and knowing I get to be part of people’s special moments, that’s what keeps me going.
From a small beginning to building Chara’s Cakes ‘N’ Events, every step has been worth it and this is just the beginning 🎂✨
