Day 15 Broiler Weight Update!
Today marks Day 15 for my current batch of broilers. I did a quick weight check and here are some of the results:
• 0.490 kg
• 0.435 kg
• 0.505 kg
• 0.475 kg

Average weight is looking good for this stage! I’m closely monitoring their growth to ensure they’re on track. Feed quality, water, and overall brooding management play a big role.

It’s Day 14, and the rain is not stopping us from doing what’s right for our chicks! 💪
I gave them their 1st dose of comboro vaccine today.

Rainy season brings challenges, but we stay consistent with our vaccination schedule—because healthy birds are a top priority.

Prevention is better than cure!

Tip for my fellow farmers:
Always monitor your birds closely during rainy periods. Keep your litter dry, improve ventilation, and stick to your vaccination schedule.

Healthy birds = better growth and better returns!

Today, I transferred my broiler chicks to a bigger pen where they’ll stay until maturity. They’re growing fast and need more space to move, eat, and develop properly.
I gave them multivitamins to support the transition and reduce stress. Tomorrow, they’ll get their second vaccine (Gumboro) to keep their immunity strong.

Meanwhile, my Noilers and Pullets are still in the brooding room, as they grow a bit slower and still need more warmth and care.
