This is one of the most humourous videos in Ukwa cooking from Iyke.

However, an important clarification must be made, from what he said in the video.

He said "If don't want to be purged by Ukwa, you must pour out the first water you use to boil the Ukwa". Invariably, he is asking that you parboil the Ukwa before cooking.

His claim is both True & False.
It is True if you are cooking Ukwa preserved with any form of preservative, otherwise it is False.

With Sabifon Ukwa, there is nothing like purging (Isa Afo). You only need to wash and cook.

HAD AN EMERGENCY DISPATCH AT THE PARK.

One of our regular bulk orders was going out, then a last-minute request came in from a newly referred client — couldn’t even push it to tomorrow.
