“The Hidden Microorganisms Living on Dirty Phones and Keyboards”
Your phone and keyboard may look clean, but they can carry thousands of hidden microorganisms every single day.
We touch our phones almost everywhere — while eating, in the toilet, outside, at work, and even with unwashed hands. The same thing happens with keyboards. Over time, germs, bacteria, sweat, dirt, and dust build up on these surfaces without us noticing.
When these microorganisms enter the body through the mouth, nose, eyes, or food, they can contribute to sickness and infections.
Many people clean their houses regularly but forget to clean the items they touch the most every day.
Wiping your phone and keyboard often, washing your hands, and avoid using your phone while eating and while in the toilet can help reduce the spread of germs.
Sometimes, the dirtiest things are the ones we hold the closest.
Good morning and happy weekend to you all
