Have you ever tasted rice cooked with Banga? .
The first time I heard about banga rice was at the culinary school , when the notes were dictated for us in class , a lot was going through my mind as to how it would taste .
I was like, āBanga is for soup naā¦ who is now cooking rice with it?ā š ššš
After the practical class that day , Then I tasted itā¦
My mouth had to apologize to my brain. š©š¤£
Itās Rich, smoky, flavorful, and ridiculously delicious! Itās one of those meals that makes you wonder why itās not on every restaurant menu.
Some Nigerian dishes donāt make noiseāthey just quietly steal your heart.
