This was where the journey started, a simple but intentional decision to add value to catfish through proper processing and preservation. At the time, the vision was clear even if the road ahead was not -ensure that the fish people consume is safe, hygienic and of the highest quality.
Two years later, growth happened.
We restructured, expanded and evolved into Feyi Agro-Processed Foods -processing a wider range of proteins including catfish, Panla, goat meat, chicken and beef, while staying true to our core mission of promoting safe and hygienic food processing using our modern smoking kiln.
But the mission has always been bigger than the product 👇
In Nigeria today, unsafe food processing remains a serious challenge. People consume dried proteins daily without knowing how they were processed, under what conditions or whether they are truly safe for their families. Beyond that, food loss and post harvest waste continue to threaten food security at the household level.
At Feyi Agro-Processed Foods, we are committed to changing that narrative through value addition, converting fresh proteins into safe, shelf stable and nutritious products that are available year round, without refrigeration and without waste 💯
What started with just catfish has grown into a vision focused on:
