If you're baking bread, don't rush the process!

Infact where are you running to?

One of the biggest secrets to soft, fluffy, and well-risen bread is proper proofing.

After shaping your dough, allow it to rise until it becomes light and puffy before putting it in the oven.

Baking too early can give you dense, heavy bread with poor texture.

Be patient. Great bread takes time, and every minute of proofing is worth it.

Remember:
✅ Mix your dough well.
✅ Knead until smooth and elastic.
✅ Allow the first rise.
✅ Shape the dough.
✅ Let it proof again until it has almost doubled in size.
