Let me tell you my story of my baking Journey.🥹
After I graduated from baking school in 2023, reality hit me differently.🥹
I struggled with low orders, closed doors, and moments of doubt. Sometimes, it felt like nobody even noticed my business.
But there was one person who never stopped believing in me…
My mom. 🥹
That woman carried my business on her head like it was hers. Everywhere she went, she advertised my brand proudly:
“My daughter bakes very well, she will give you premium quality.”😊
I still remember my very first big order after graduation.
My mom came home so excited and said,
“I gave a lady your number. She wants cake and eggrolls for her son’s birthday.”
Not long after, the client messaged me… and we sealed a deal worth 45k.
At that time, it was the biggest order I had ever received. And it came through my mother. 😊
There were times I wanted to decline urgent jobs because I lacked materials or strength, but my mom would never allow me give up. Instead, she would help me buy the things I needed just to make sure the job went smoothly.
Even my egg supplier came through my mom. 🥹
Back then, I had no assistant, no students, no team.
My mom was my assistant, my encourager, my support system, and my backbone.
She may not be a baker, but she understands this business like it’s hers.
She believed in my dream even when things were difficult.
Honestly, I can never joke with my mom because she truly carried my matter on her head.❤️
Today, I just want to appreciate every supportive mother out there.
May God bless you richly for every sacrifice, every prayer, every encouragement, and every silent support you give your children.
And above all, I thank God for how far He has brought me. The journey hasn’t been easy, but His grace and the support of my mother kept me going.
To my mom :
thank you for believing in me before the world did.
