Five years ago, all we had was a dream, determination, and trays of small chops.
We started small. No fancy kitchen, no large team, no big contracts. Just a passion for good food and a commitment to excellence. Every order mattered. Every customer mattered. Every referral felt like a huge win.
Small chops became our niche, and through consistency, sleepless nights, countless event deliveries, and God’s grace, that little dream began to grow.
Today, we don’t just cater events we cater experiences.
We’ve successfully served events ranging from 100 guests to over 1,000 guests. We’ve supplied supermarkets with our ready-to-fry raw small chops. We’ve rebranded, evolved, and built a brand that customers trust and proudly recommend.
The journey hasn’t always been easy. There were days of uncertainty, lessons learned the hard way, and moments when giving up seemed easier. But every challenge helped shape who we are today.
Looking back, I’m reminded that growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through showing up every day, staying consistent, and serving people with excellence.
