🍩 STOP BUYING DOUGHNUTS—TRY THIS SOFT & FLUFFY HOMEMADE RECIPE! 🤤

Ingredients:
• 250g flour
• 40g sugar
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 120ml warm milk
• 30g butter

Method:
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, warm milk & butter. Mix into a soft dough, then knead until smooth.

Cover and let it rise until doubled in size. Roll out, cut into doughnuts and proof again for 15–20 mins.

Fry on medium heat until golden on both sides. 🍩✨

Pro tip: Don't add too much flour—the dough should stay soft. That's one secret to fluffy doughnuts!
