GET RID OF MAGGI CUBE AND TRY THIS INSTEAD.

We have successfully been convinced that if we cook without Maggi cube, our food is not gonna taste good. But that's not true because there are so many advantages cooking without Maggi.

It is proven that on the long run, Maggi tends to be addictive and not that good for our health as we grow older. That's why we have come with some alternative measures to turn down the use of Maggi and embrace these methods that tend to be nutritious and healthy.

1) DRIED FISH(Bonga fish)

This fish has very sweet taste
Especially when you buy the good and fresh ones.. .

Cut off the head
Remove the peel
Totally debone it...
Most times I airfry mine to be very dry then I blend.

2) BROTH/ VEGETABLES STOCK

Vegetables stock is just veggies boiled in water. Any veggie you have,maybe parsley, celery, spring onions, leek, tumeric, garlic, ginger, coriander, bay leaves, basil, carrot, thyme etc. You can also add fresh meat/chicken/fish carcass(bones) to strengthen the taste.

3) SPICES

Most people don't know that adding more spices in their food actually enhance the taste of the food. Just try and add more spices than the quantity you used to, and you will find out that you don't need any Maggi any more.

Protein content in both boiled and scrambled eggs is almost the same. An average large egg contains about 6-7 grams of protein, regardless of how it is cooked. However, the way you prepare your eggs can slightly impact the nutritional value.

Boiled Eggs

When you boil an egg, you cook it in its shell in hot water. This method does not require any added fat, which makes it a healthy option. Boiled eggs retain most of their nutrients, including protein, because the cooking process is straightforward and minimal.

Scrambled Eggs

Scrambling eggs involves cracking them into a bowl, whisking them, and then cooking them in a pan. Often, people add a bit of milk, butter, or oil to the eggs to make them creamier and prevent sticking to the pan.

While scrambling does not significantly reduce the protein content, adding ingredients like butter or milk increases the calorie and fat content of the dish.

Both boiled and scrambled eggs provide a similar amount of protein, which is about 6-7 grams per large egg. The main difference lies in the cooking method and any additional ingredients used.

If you are looking for a low-fat, high-protein option, boiled eggs are the way to go.

However, if you enjoy the creamy texture of scrambled eggs, you can still enjoy them without worrying too much about the protein content.

TENDER CHICKEN DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless chicken breasts approximately 450g
1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup Parmesan cheese divided
1 tsp seasoning salt
½ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by cutting each chicken breast into three equal pieces.
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Take a baking dish and arrange the marinated chicken pieces evenly.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each chicken breast, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the tops of the chicken breasts with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve this delightful dish to your eagerly awaiting guests or family members.
