Tasty fish starts with proper preparation!

With over 15 years of experience from my grandmother’s food canteen, here’s one important tip:

✅ Cut and clean your fish properly.
✅ Marinate well.
✅ Arrange it carefully in fresh pepper sauce.

Chef Faouzy Tip: For catfish, place the fleshy side into the sauce first not the skin. This helps prevent the skin from peeling during cooking.
Good cooking is all about the little details not big details at all 👩🏽‍🍳

Do have a tasty day ahead
