His job description will, among other sundry errands, include using the company-issued sports bike to retrieve waybills from the park and drop at the office for sorting and distribution.

Age: between 18-25 years.

Qualification: SSCE and able to read and write.

Must be a resident of Uyo and understand at least 80% of the road network in Uyo.

Salary: 180,000 per annum.

Due to expansion reasons, we are hiring for the role of a Customer Service Officer at Smart Pickup & Deliveries, a delivery/courier company based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Qualifications:
1. Must have impeccable grasps of both spoken and written English.

2. The preferred candidate should be a lady between the ages of 22 and 30.

3. Must possess at least an ND with preferably a Communication Arts, English Language, or Marketing background.

4. Must have a flair for multitasking and able to respond to multiple calls/messages daily without feeling overwhelmed.

5. Should show high level of comportment, organizational skills, and efficiency.

6. Must reside in Uyo.

So, 3 days ago, I got a WhatsApp message from our delivery partner in PH that someone was bringing a package to our Uyo office for us to help send to PH. And that we should send our office address for them to forward to the person.

We did as instructed.

Then today, my office assistant called me this afternoon to notify me that a lady brought in a package and said it's destined for our delivery partner in PH.

I had to ask the assistant to send the lady's number to me to forward to our PH partner to ascertain if it's the package they've been expecting.

They authenticated her identity.

I then asked them what we should do with the the package, only for them to inform us that it's their little token for us this season for all the great partnership that's happened throughout the year.

You see, Logistics, you guys thoroughly surprised us today. We in Uyo are extremely grateful for this show of gratitude for a partnership that's been tremendously fruitful.🙏🙏

2. Be able to read simple road signs and street names. Must also be able to read and write simple English.

3. Be courteous and honest in character.
