Well ripped paw and carrot.

You see this combo they are very good and fast in relieving constipation.

So yesterday I experienced a chronic constipation that kept me uncomfortable since morning, you know what it means when you are having a huge urge to push yet unable to pass it out .
Already I have taken a medication to help me out yet no way.

Around evening a nurse i called brought the two to my house and told me to blend together and drink i did as she said and then went to bed within an hour I started feeling the urge, then i ran to the restroom and after that moment I found my lost peace.

I never new that constipation can be this d@ngerou^s.
