Our practical examinations were a chance for our students to step beyond theory and demonstrate their skills in real time—planning, preparing, creating, presenting and, of course, learning from every little mistake along the way.

Every plate, every cuisine and every finished piece represents hours of practice and the journey from being taught a skill to actually mastering it.
