We went to Belgium 🇧🇪to see the Belgium Chocolate🍫… you do origin trips, we do market trips.
The things we could do in Nicaragua with 15 Celcius less was my first thought, to the untrained eye it’s hard to distinguish between mass produced and traceable chocolate, the lines are blurred in Belgium, you quickly find out who really knows the origin of their cacao and who doesn’t , is not the same when someone answers “some countries in south america” than “Guatemala we source with “. That’s probably the best clue.
Chocolate display master class, belgium chocolate is beautiful to the eyes i haven’t seen so much chocolate together in my life, of course you must do something to stand out visually and chocolate comes in all shapes and forms and tastes, art pieces i had too see it for myself.
Chocolate rockstars 🎸, famous chocolatiers are published in magazines, tv shows, cooking books, posing on billboards like moviestars. These breed of chocolate makers simply don’t exist at origin, it was quite fun to watch.
thanks a lot for recieving us
Won’t be the last Belgium trip with .goodplacetostart i’m sure of that .
