We invite you to Rose Mountain, our magical and ancient place, to gather around the table for a soulful and culinary experience.

Gaia to Table is a feast for the senses and an afternoon to share with wonderful people in a beautiful setting.

Beneath the trees, we’ll gather around one long table, with music floating through the afternoon, plenty of good food, conversations, laughter and time to simply be.

We serve a four-course menu made with beautiful, honest ingredients, gifted by Mama Gaia -Mother Earth. Full of flavour and created with care and respect for where it comes from.

This experience brings you closer to Gaia, to the hands that grow and prepare our food, and to the people who gather around the table with you.

Your Gaia to Table ticket includes a special welcome drink, a four-course feast, non-alcoholic beverages, live music and good company. A special wine list will be available separately.

In these final months of Dutch summer we did our first three weddings and we had a blast! We have had so much fun and it feels like the beginning of something new!

Our first wedding is a fact! 😍🙌

And what a beautiful one to start with. ✨

Cooking up a Mediterranean shared dining feast at the amazing new venue Project Klaverbos
Complete with the most beautiful outdoor kitchen 🌿

And the best part.. this was just the beginning!
We’ll be back here for two more weddings in the coming weeks! 🥂

Getting ready!

We started with burrata served with grilled peaches, tomato, basil oil and caramelised almond crumble.

Alongside: sourdough bread with herb butter, sun-dried tomato spread and marinated olives. 🌿

For the second course, we served an artichoke salad with crispy lentils, grapes, feta and balsamic glaze. 🌿

Alongside a colourful selection of grilled vegetables, rosemary potato wedges, bavette and grilled chicken straight from the BBQ. 🔥
