I would like to thank Elisenda for inviting me to be part of her wonderful Peruvian Cooking Workshop. It was a truly special experience where participants not only learn Spanish, but also are introduced to history, culture, and our deep passion for Peruvian gastronomy.

Together, we prepared a delicious Causa and an authentic Peruvian Ceviche, enjoyed an exquisite Arroz con Pollo served with Papa a la Huancaína, and to finish on a high note, we made a refreshing Pisco Sour.
