A few weeks ago, we reached a milestone in the Netherlands: the installation of our 50th Quantum RVM.

The network is expanding, and we are really excited about it. Quantum bulk RVMs are now active across the Netherlands, from Groningen in the north to Gronsveld in the south, spanning retail parks, garden centres, fuel stations, and car washes. Wherever there's volume, the machine fits.

What makes that adoption meaningful is what happens once the machines are running. In April alone, Dutch consumers received over €1.25 million in deposit refunds through Envipco's Quantum network. That's money back in people's pockets and a signal that when deposit return is made genuinely convenient, people engage with it.

The Quantum was built for high-volume environments and bulk collection. The Netherlands has become a clear demonstration of that: a growing network of locations, a consistent return rate, and a machine that retailers and consumers are both responding to.

Q1 2026 highlights:

Group revenues EUR 19.7m, -6% y/y on mixed European performance and currency effects on North America
Gross margin 34.1%, sequential improvement from Q4 2025
EBITDA EUR -2.1m | Cash position EUR 41.6m
Headcount 597, up from 483 a year ago, teams expanding to meet rising demand
Inventories up to EUR 34.5m as components are secured ahead of anticipated activity

The pipeline is taking shape:

Poland: largest European market in Q1 26. Throughput agreement signed with Netto Polska for 700 RVMs
Portugal DRS went live April 10. SPAR Portugal agreement signed
UK: first commercial breakthrough. Envipco appointed by two retailers for ~3,800 RVMs ahead of October 2027 DRS launch
Netherlands: 50th Quantum installed. Strong order backlog
Greece: soft DRS launch expected in 2026. Envipco actively participating in ongoing tender

Q1 2026 reflects Envipco investing ahead of a significant demand cycle, deliberately building teams, inventory, and market positions across multiple markets simultaneously.
